We are giving 12 or 24 months (please find correct period in the description of the product) guarantee too all the products that we are selling. In that period we commit to fix all the troubles of the product, that are not due to user fault.
The guarantee does not apply:
- to the band (or bracelet), to the case, to the battery of the watch
- to the products without warranty card
- to the products, with serious mechanical injuries of the case (like broken, scratched glass, affected by chemicals and so on)
- if the product has been used without compliance of conditions
- if the product has been repaired in other workshops, if the case of the product has been arbitralily opened
